 |
| How to Start a Chapter |
 |
| IAPPM
welcomes the creation of a new professional chapter
in your country, region or city. |
 |
Country Chapters |
 |
 |
These chapters are geographical
subunits of IAPPM and established by written notification to IAPPM
Headquarters. Chapters are concerned with representing and fulfilling
the needs of the member specific to that geographic area. Examples
are; Middle East Regional IAPPM chapter or Greater China regional
chapter. Here's what you need to start:
 (1)
a chapter President and six (6) members (payment required for CPM
and membership)
(2) a short term action plan for listing core goals and objectives
within 3, 6, 12 months.
(3) Monthly correspondence with IAPPM (understanding this is a
part-time for many) |

City
Chapters |
 |
 |
In order to form a
City chapter (i.e., London city chapter) it is necessary to have
IAPPM endorse your application and that you also
carry the recognition of your country chapter if one
exists. The same steps are taken as utilized for
country chapters as laid out above. |
