Project manage the installation of Avaya Call Centers |

Experience with the Avaya G3 and/or S8700 platform |
| |
Understanding of large call center operations |
| |
Understanding of telephony services |
| |
Understanding of on premise cabling |
| |
Understanding of call center applications |
| |
Experience with network/Verizon phone system cutovers |
| |
Excellent project management, oral and written communication skills. |
| |
Experience managing a $1million dollar budget. |
